Cancellation Policy

After the customer has placed an order, they have 24 hours to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Return Policy

• Garage doors are a made-to-order custom product, and all sales are final.
• The buyer is required to unpack and fully inspect the products at the time of delivery, to inspect for damage.  Any damage or shortage needs to be noted at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any damage found at a later time.
• We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements by the customer.
